Brute-force protection active

After 5 failed login or 2FA attempts we automatically lock the account for 15 minutes. If you lock yourself out by accident, emergency unlock runs through your recovery email - you do not have to wait.

Devices where the additional 2FA code is skipped at login. If you lose or sell any of these, remove it here immediately.

History

What is stored locally and for how long.

Keep track of your recent tasks
Local history entries are removed automatically after this period. On the server side: the source file is deleted once the job finishes, and the result is held by nodrift.ch – see the Privacy Policy for details.
The browser shows a notification when a Boost job (server) completes. Only works while the browser stays open - we send no push notifications and store no notification tokens.

File retention for Boost jobs

Where your files actually live - and who controls how long they are kept.

Free jobs (browser mode): run locally in your browser. Uploaded files never leave your device. The history retention set above applies to the history entries in your local browser storage.
Boost jobs (server GPU on nodrift.ch): The source file is briefly cached on our infrastructure for the handover and deleted once the job finishes. The result is held by nodrift.ch – you control its retention there under "Settings → Privacy". As long as the file is available there, you can download it again from your history here.
Important: the history retention set here only controls the list in your browser, not how long the file itself stays on nodrift.ch.
